Terms of Service

What we provide

DEMDEXUS sells managed, month-to-month web services: Cloudflare speed optimization (Velocity), Cloudflare security hardening (Aegis), VPS hosting plus Velocity and Aegis (Nexus), uptime monitoring (Pulse), and email deliverability setup (Courier). We configure and operate third-party infrastructure — primarily Cloudflare — on your behalf.

Setup is performed by engineers after onboarding. Most services are active within a few business days of receiving the access we need; DNS propagation and registrar changes are outside our control.

Subscriptions and payment

• ->All plans are billed monthly through Whop. Whop is the merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
• ->Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
• ->You can cancel anytime from your Whop account or the DEMDEXUS dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — service continues until then.
• ->We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for, contact support and we will make it right.
• ->Prices may change with 30 days notice; changes apply only to subsequent billing cycles.

Access and accurate information

• ->You must own, or be authorized to manage, every domain you submit.
• ->You are responsible for providing working hosting credentials when you choose the hosting-access onboarding method, and for revoking them if you cancel.
• ->You must keep your registrar and DNS under your control. We never take ownership of your domain.
• ->You will not use the services for anything unlawful: no malware distribution, phishing, spam, or content that violates applicable law.

What we promise — and what we do not

We apply the configurations described for each service and maintain them for the duration of your subscription. We do not guarantee specific performance numbers, uptime percentages, or security outcomes — no honest operator can. Underlying platforms (Cloudflare, VPS providers, your origin host) have their own availability, which we do not control.

If a configuration we manage causes an outage on your site, tell us and we will roll it back as a priority.

Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEMDEXUS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings — arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing a subscription after that point constitutes acceptance.
