What happens to my current host?+
Nothing breaks. We stage everything on the edge while your current setup stays live, and DNS only flips after the new configuration is verified. If you take Nexus, we migrate you off your old host entirely — migration is included.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Billing is monthly and you cancel in two clicks. Your configuration stays active until the end of the paid period. No contracts, no exit fees.
Do you need my passwords?+
No. The preferred path is a nameserver change at your registrar — that hands us DNS, nothing else. If a service needs hosting access, we ask for scoped credentials we can be revoked from, never your master account password.
How fast is setup?+
Most services are active within 12 hours. Pulse monitoring is live the same day — it needs no DNS changes at all. Nexus migrations take 2–5 days depending on site size.
